The most common reason someone cannot view their card is because they mistyped their Card Id.
Example Card Id ecterr29745662613103
Do not add any spaces in your Card Id.
Remember to use all lowercase's.
The reason you may not be able
to view your card is that it may have already been deleted. The
cards are stored on the server for 30 days, after 30 days they are deleted to make room for new cards.
I used copy and paste to enter my Card Id so I know I entered my it correctly, and I still cannot view my card. Why?
This is a common mistake that is made. Most often it is because you accidently copied and pasted and additional space at the beginning or end of your Card Id.

My browser crashes when I try to view my card. Help?
This is not something that AdoringYou can prevent. The most common reason for this is that your browser has not been updated, that you're using an OLD version. You need to check your browser version and update it.
If you are using the most current version of your browser, try rebooting your computer. This usually is a very good a quick fix for this sort of problem.
The music won't play, what's wrong?
If you are unable to hear the music, this is usually a problem related to your computer configurations or volume controls.
Please check to ensure that the midi option in the Volume Control/Audio
Properties window has not been disabled. Move down to your system tray
in the right hand corner, next to the clock and double click on the
speaker icon. A volume control panel will be displayed. Make sure that
you have your MIDI turned up and that "Mute" is unchecked. Sometimes
another program will leave it muted.
If you were able to hear the MIDI files before, and can't now, try
rebooting your computer. Also, if you've installed new software since
the last time you were able to hear the MIDI files, this may have
corrupted your computer configurations. You may need to reinstall your
MIDI plugins.
Also, please check your individual computer controls.
Double check your volume control.
Can I save my e-Card to my computer?
Yes you can. At the bottom of your card you'll find a button that says "Save e-Card to Your Computer". Click it and save it to your hard drive.
I cannot find my Card Id in my email notification.
Often, someone will send you a tell-a-friend notice recommending you visit AdoringYou.com. This should not be confused with a card notification.

I want to send a card, but there is no place to enter my card information.
You send the card in steps. There are 5 steps:
Step 1 - Select a Background
Select a background here, then click "Preview Background"
Step 2 - Preview Your Background
Preview the background you selected
You can change the background or...
use the background you selected by clicking "I Want To Use This Background"
Step 3 - Enter Your e-Card Information
Scroll to the bottom of the page to enter your e-Card information.
Click "Preview Your Card"
Step 4 - Send Your e-Card
If you want to make changes, click the "Make Changes" button. DO NOT click the back button on your browser, you will loose all your information if you do.
If you are satisfied, click "Send This Card NOW!" or if you want it sent at a later date, click "Send This Card LATER!"

When I try to send my card, I get an email address an error. I know I'm typing it right. Why won't it accept the email address I enter?
When we check our email error database, the most often found error is when someone uses a comma , instead of a dot .
Did you copy and paste this email address? Or if you added it to your address book, is it possible you mistyped it there? Please check to see if you've accidently typed an extra space in the address somewhere. If you paste an email address with an extra space at the end, you will receive this error. Try entering the email address manually and see if it works. If so, then you most likely pasted it wrong the first time.

When I click on the "Your Address Book" button, nothing happens. Why?
This function opens up a New browser window. If you are using software that prevents pop ups, you will have to disable it to use the feature.
I sent a card but my recipient never received notification email. What happened?
The most common reason for this is that you've mistyped their email address.
For example: you want to send a card to user@hotmail.com but you typed the email address as user@hotmial.com or
user@hotmail.co.
Please double-check the accuracy of your recipient's e-mail address.
If you are sure your recipient's e-mail address is correct, their internet service provider could be routing the e-card notification to a bulk folder. For example, Yahoo sets up bulk folders to intercept what they consider to be bulk mail or "spam" allowing only personal messages through to the inbox. Since thousands of messages from AdoringYou.com are sent, it's possible for Yahoo, or similar providers, to consider e-card notifications to be bulk mailings.
Another possible reason is many free email services such as Hotmail, will often bounce good email right back. I have NO idea why they do this... grrrrr, or even more often, their servers are not responding, so the email cannot be delivered. This is very frustrating to you, the user and for AdoringYou.com, because we most often are blamed for something that we have no control over. Hotmail and AOL seems to do this more often than others.
Also either your recipient or their internet service provider could be blocking all mail from the AdoringYou.com, eQuestionsForCouples.com, or AdoringLoveCoupons.com server.
One more possible reason is uhmmmm, sometimes someone simply doesn't want you to know they received a card from you, for whatever reason, so they say "I never got it." I know, it sounds bad huh? Well believe it or not, we have actually seen this happen several times. A user sends us an email and says "my friend didn't receive their card." Then we search our database and discover that not only did they receive it, they viewed it also.
Solution: Forward the e-mail confirmation you received from us to the intended recipient. The confirmation contains the URL they can click on to see the e-card.
I sent a card to the wrong email address. Can you resend it to the correct
one for me?
No, we cannot resend a card. You'll need to recreate the card and send it to the correct email address.
Can you unsend a card for me?
Yes and No, we cannot unsend a card if you click the "Send this eCard Now!" button. Once you click the "Send" button, the eCard has already been sent. I'm afraid there is nothing we can do. However, if you selected the "Send Later" option and it has not been sent yet, then we can delete the eCard.
When I preview my card, does it automatically send it at that time?
No, the card is not sent until you click the Send button. After you click the Send button, you will then see a Thank You page.

I did not receive a confirmation, nor did my friend receive the card, what happened?
Unfortunately, most often when this happens it is because you previewed the card and did not complete the card creation process. You MUST click the send button for the card to be sent. After you click the Send button, you will then see a Thank You page. If you are sure you completed the process, please refer to Question #5 under e-Card Sending Help.
